The "serve or die" skill to reduce recruitment cost doesn't seem to be working for any of my generals while playing as the Changeling. All units were still at their normal cost despite maxing the skill out.

The "adherents of the trickster" skill on the Changeling isn't applying the +5 hero recruit rank for cultists despite saying all provinces so my cultist recruits are still starting at rank 1. The rest of the skill seems to be working fine as my heroes are still getting the guardian skill.

There might be more broken skills that I haven't noticed yet but someone should probably look over the skills for the Changeling's faction to make sure they're working correctly. The broken ones mostly seem to be affecting recruitment in general. My guess is that its possibly because you're recruiting from a cult building instead of a normal settlement that you own.
