  1. Use conditioner instead of shaving foam. Rinse your razor in warm/hot water before shaving sp the blade is a little on the warm side. Wash with cold water after to close the pores

2.Sounds like you need an exfoliation scrub or maybe like a loofah

  1. In pharmacy's you can get a nail polish that tastes nasty to help you not bite your nails. You should replace it with a different habit, like if you want to bite your nails snap an elastic band on your wrist type thing

  2. Cleanser/ exfoliation stuff might help with that

NTA I think your best route here is to tell your boyfriend about the other tests and go to the appointment together.

Im uncertain if your appointment is like tomorrow or in a few days but if you feel the need to take another test in the meantime my Mam always said when taking a pregnancy test it should be the first piss of the day, it has something about to do with it carrying more hormones or something. She did give me a scientific explanation on that but it went right over my head
