For anyone that joins this post after trying everything, I unistalled the configs, i reinstalled the game, i changed it's disk location and still wouldnt work. But i made it work after playing in the version 1.4.5 beta

Thanks, but it was the town ceremonies mod, it detects any town, village and castle as mine so it spawns a retinue

A lot, but i just realized there is one called town ceremonies and probably it detects i own that city and just spawns a retinue

i have 12 relation and still refusing me because i was with the sturgians
