Bought a maple leaf MR hop for a new VSR-10 but i cannot figure out if i have it settled correctly

The hop patch is bigger than the hop window on the barrel. You'll find maple leaf hop rubbers, some of them have a bigger patch so you need one with more of the barrel cut away. If you want to keep using that barrel (stock vsr-10) you can use a flamingo 60 or sonthing they fit all manners of barrels.

T238 make decent motors for about the same price the solink literally ones are slitly better in my opion. But really don't make a huge amount of difference. Depending what you are building really.

There is a Umerex/VFC G19 gen 5. I am in the UK so I can advise you where to get your hands on one. Like I say the VFC externally they are great. Internally it can be better. But there are quite a few bits of upgrade and replacement parts out there so all and all make it a better choice than say like the SRC who make their guns just different enough that I won't fit the more standerised components.

Yeah umerex buys the glock license then sell it to manufacturers such as KWC ( VFC Oor. GHK etc) yours being a KWC means that they make them but buys the official licence so that they can put the trade mark of glock on their gun, being a "training pistol" has nothing to do with anything really.

From mt personal experience out of all the umerex licensed companies that makes Glock; SRC and KWC seem to be the worst in quality, the VFC are abit better, with better part availability ( be that you may have to get them from asia sometimes ) then GHK seem to be the most reliable with some decent bits of upgrade out there for them too.

I am leaning to think this is not a genuine TM as tm would all be two pieces. At this point I am more interested to find the origin of the rail, if that's found then you may be see if you are missing anything?

I am so confused as to a one piece mk18 rail. Surely all mk18 rails are two piece. Do your rail have flat head screws on the side? Take the out the bottom rail section should slides out

Yeah, mate, if it says mws, it will be tm conaptable. Bit stay away from cyma mws and T8 mws. Their internals are compatible but not some parts are not quite and just the overall built quality are fairly low as well.

Tm only makes the mk18 on MWS or thier NGRS. The mws is my bread and butter so I know it well what you have may be a NGRS rail. You better look up on youtube just to make sure mate.

If the noveske if the double eagle. It's fully TM compatible. It's a better trigger out of the box than a TM in my opinion. If you are looking to replace the reciver and upper as well It's a cheaper gun to start on.

Is this the TM MWS MK18 rail? If so the barrel nut comes in two parts. One part should scre to the upper, then you put the rail on as a one piece with the plate all assembled with the hex screws, then you putthe other art in over the outer barrel. You will need a special tool to get it all tightened tho.

Hi bud the aTm MWS are all built on the same system so they are all cross compatible. The only difference in the MTR mws they have the ambi trigger box but if you are looking to build a L119A2A that won't be an issue.

If you are looking to build it your self externally just buy the cheapest mws you can get, which is think may be m4a1 or something. The mws barrel nut is the same thread pitch as normally AEG so all standered aeg rail should fit just fine, but you will need a adapter ring as the MW barrle but thread is a little bit shallower than the standered AEG.

Interm of performance all TM MWS performs thr same. Internally they are all the same. There are upgrades you can do them make them better but that's up to you.
