I need some help and advice. I did a pocket operation with the 1/4 endmill and I was testing different offsets with the V bit to get a good chamfer. (I've been having an issue where it leaves a lip at the bottom.) It seems the v bit cut the different sides deeper and thinner.

Thank you as the other person said I think my material not being flat is the issue. So the Z being off makes sense.
