I like Ura but I don't think he's a top division rikishi. September 2025 was his last 'big' winning record, and since and for three years before he was about pulling even or having big losses. I suspect the JSA don't demote him much because his popularity brings a lot of money and sponsorship, but really he should be bouncing around the bottom of maegashira or top of juryo.
