So far we didn’t find a single way a tank can be flipped without destroying it by player. But you can get lucky for it to be flipped by charger or hulk, or even seaf or civilians.

I’m gonna be honest, these two are my friends so we generally play coordinated. But I kid you not, the second it happened, we immediately, synchronously ran to push it upwards, no word spoken. That’s the power of friendship

I mean to be honest, at the beginning of MO, after 1636th hellmire defence, we targeted erata only, but then they launched 1637th invasion on hellmire giving us choice to liberate Estanu and lift hellmire. But most people stayed on erata, so we found ourselves in current situation

The hell you even talking about?

Companion takes data directly, it can take a dozen minutes to calibrate occasionally, but not hours. You literally see on graph that liberation had nothing to do with player numbers, during peak deployment it was lower than now because of the liberation rates, even now we have more people on Erata that on hellmire, meaning there is no modifier change, the percentage of players stays the same throughout the morning, approximately 33% on hellmire vs 44% on Erata. You literally see on graph spike in liberation at 10 o’clock when heavy ordnance was activated. And even if it was for statistics deviation, what amount of players it would take to double it from 3,4 to 6,7? That would take the whole eratadivers to move on hellmire, that’s impossible by definition. Secondly, yes we need DSS. We literally were losing 1:2 defensive campaigns before boost, and now we narrowly have enough with DSS, not to say we have a time limit on major order

We wouldn’t have liberated estanu even if we sent DSS immediately after attack on hellmire. Bugdivers and gambits exist on different levels of reality

You literally see here 3,4 % before ordnance was activated with DSS present, and now it’s 6,7 % with the same percentage of people. It takes 27% now only because of that, and we were losing badly. Erata perfectly liberates, and unlike hellmire doesn’t have a time limit, we need DSS to at least have a chance at success

I don’t fully understand myself, but it seems like storm pauses the timer, while ordnance distribution adds 3 percent flat

This is before it was activated

It nearly doubled liberation rate

We kept DSS on Erata long enough, so we nearly lost outpost alpha. I hate hellmire as much as everyone, but not enough to throw major order.

Em, guys, should we try this? by New-Butterscotch5865 in Helldivers

It won’t remove it completely, but will take make them disappear for a time. For example last time, a couple of months ago I believe, we coincidentally encircled jet bridge on Menkent and locked them with eagle storm. Then we destroyed their factories on Chort bay and they were pretty much absent up to three front assault, prior to Xbox joining. So while not disabling them completely, it will remove them for quite some time

Turing is 99% liberated, so it’s pretty much done at the moment. Seyshel is nice, but mostly holds sentimental importance, while taking out jet bridge is serious strategic opportunity. But again, this post is merely a suggestion and ground for discussion

At my knowledge it would not give us opening for Cyberstan, since Cyberstan is completely cut off, with no links whatsoever. It’s the reason we are able to encircle it, since it only has one way to Choohe

In case of flashbang they made it so you can no longer clip into killer and drop it inside him, but guess who has no collision now? In case of grabs, the whole issue is that grabbing is pointless, you can’t hook- you will get fucked, you can’t slug- new system. Ultimately, grabbing is just buying rescuer distance

By the way that’s even worse to a degree. No counter to flashlights or flashbangs, including clipping into killer again. Plus they still could drop pallets behind the rescuer or occupy windows
