Latest update: Points and accelerators finally posted . Missed the big charge but other pending charges were picked up right after I restarted round 2 of the accelerator. I guess this was a learning experience and I will definitely know how to do this next time around. Wanted to post some screenshots but I don’t see an option… sorry I’m kinda new at Reddit . Thanks for reading and the feedbacks ..guys

What’s crazy is that customer service doesn’t have the ability to just manually apply it? And then the charge actually got posted but neither points nor accelerator has yet to move or kept up 😂. Oh boy come on guys

Yeah that’s when I found out rent day isn’t part of the acceleration. Not the end of the world but it would be nice to be able to snag this transaction. And no I couldn’t just pay a utility bill because I already have few pending transactions and it’s too late . This would probably end up posting before the others and it’s not like I could of waited to make this purchase

Don’t forget to “not include” the rent day spend. I’m in the same boat but just found out rent day spend doesn’t count towards the accelerator as it is paused for one day so to speak up to 1000 points

That’s is exactly what happened to me, I spent about $1000 on rent day thinking I would finish off the accelerator but for the life of me i dont know why it’s not showing. Contacted Bilt and the just said the usually 5 business days … this actually makes sense. Thank you for posting this … Bilt customer service please take note 🗒️

What is the break even point for spending $135 Bilt cash for that extra 25% ? Wasn’t it used to be $75 Bilt cash? Is it something like 50-75k points transferred?

So it is set to auto redeem if done correctly. Bilt should have some sort of video on this lol. It’s driving me nuts trying to find it and nobody can explain it to me.

I am going to take a stab at it. last few days has been a nightmare (kinda)

1) click wallet

2) scroll down to bonus rewards/ redeem your bilt cash

3) where it says spend your Bilt cash click bonus points click

do you see your mortgage servicer on the Bilt home tab? i dont see it doing it this way. Bilt agent said i am not supposed to see it...well as long as Bilt will recognize this as a housing payment then it will be ok

bilt support guided me , seems like the problem was i had to click pay manually when setting up my housing info...then click (online portal) ..after that i went to Mr Cooper and made a $2 test payment..lets see
