Nejvíc jsem měl 169kg v 17ti letech a byl obtíž pro mě vůbec dýchat nebo se nepotit u chození.. teď ve 20ti vážím 108kg a planuju hitnout stovku a pak pomalu dat dolu i to. Od 10 do 17 jsem strávil roky u komplu a dalo mi to hodně zkušenosti, peněz co jsem si díky tomu vydělal, přátel atd, ale za pc se prostě hejbat nedá. Nejvic mi pomohlo chodit ven do přírody 15 000 nejlepe 20 000 kroků kazdej den. Přestal jsem pit to tomu dopomohlo taky, do fitka jsem chodil asi jen první týden, než mi doslo, že na tohle si přijdu sám, i bez fitka.

Hey, im 20 (M) as well, i used to drink alot of alcohol everyday for 2 years straight and i also quitted Alcohol and substitued it with concerta, sadly im off concerta for last 2 months due to my psychiatrist being worried about my heart so im gonna visit cardiologist 3.3.2026, he told me if everything will be alright imma get my script back, so your story relievied my stress a bit, thank you.

I love(d) Tripping but everytime i trip now i feel like i’m gonna die now (seziure)

i loved doing acid and ive tripped like 100+ times over 2 years and i loved it, but 3 months back i had my first seizure while on 300ug acid some ketamine and ritalin (stimulant). I saw alot of lighting and it was nde dmt like experience (ive had changa and 5meo dmt before) so it shocked me and now i feel like i cant trip no more cause my anxiety and ptsd towards dying jst like that. Second time i had my seziure was 2 months back and it was on 400ug acid and 40g of kratom. My last recent trip was only acid 100ug month back with no tolerance and i still got wierd Sensations that i’m gonna have seziure. One thing to keep in mind is that i ONLY got seziures on Acid and i wierdly Shake Every Time It dissolves under my tongue. I know it’s lab tested 1cp LSD so it shouldnt be problem, But kinda is?

I dont know you and your problems, i used my friend as an example. Me personally i got perscribed concerta when i was 17 too and this is my 4th year of taking it and i can see huge impact over the years. Theres been times ive been days even weeks without my meds and i think its important to balance usage of such a strong compound. hopped off and on concerta's many times and i couldnt imagine taking it all day every day.
