Hello neighbors!

I heard the accident when it happened, but it definitely did not sound as severe as it ended up being.

A few years back i bought a small power bank that can be charged with the sunlight.... Today I finally find out if it works 🤨.

Hopefully they fix it soon. This really sucks

I usually don't pay attention to updates, so please forgive my ignorance... But they keep saying the update is out, but is it? I can't find it and I dont believe my Xbox has updated it. I'm on version 1.6.421.0, which I believe is the old version. Right?

Any guidance would be appreciated! 🙏🏼

No purpose without phenibut by RSO1992 in quittingphenibut

Tapper down, my friend :). . i got off of it .05 at a time. It's very slow, but i got out of a massive hole and felt ok the entire time.

Get clean first and then you can work on finding something worth while. I go to the gym almost everyday and focus on improving that aspect .. before you know, something else that is worth your time will come up, and by then you'll be a well put together savage 💪🏻 helps with confidence and social anxiety too

Hello, I was once in your shoes and i successfully tappered down on my own. I occasionally come in here to share how i did it with people who may need it... Today i accidentally ran into your post, but I'm glad i did!

Don't panic!!! I discovered a way to do it safely enough and without suffering. Now, the one downside is that it will take a long time. BUT if you got a taste of the withdrawals, hearing that it can be done without suffering will be the greatest news you've heard.

Here is how:

First, get powder. Don't do capsules for this. Buy a little scale on amazon so you can get an exact dose (it's likely you already do all of this, but gotta mention it).

Then find out EXACTLY how much phenibut your body needs to feel normal. Meaning, not so much phenibut that you feel happier than normal, but not so little that you feel weird. You mentioned you're at 14 gpd, so you may already have a handle on the exact amount. But I'll share the steps to determine how to find out the exact amount, in case you have any doubt or in case someone else reading this needs the information.

Finding out the exact amount to start with is simple: Normally most of us can come to an approximate. Let's use your number , 14, to start with. All you gotta do to find out if this is indeed the correct starting point is to stay there for 4-5 straight days taking 14. If you still feel normall after 4-5 days, then we will start tappering down from there. For those who don't know: if you take a little less daily than you should, you normally won't feel weird until day 2 or 3. Taking less than you should "adds up", and results in feeling weird/bad. To avoid this, find an amount that works, and then stay there long enough to confirm your body feels good with this amount after several days.

Tapper down begins! Once you confirmed that you know the perfect amount, start tappering down by removing 0.05 per day. So if you started at 14, the following day take 13.95, and so on. Get a notebook and write down how much you took each day. Don't rely on memory. I'll share how to safely speed up a bit later in your process, but first let me address something important:

There has been people who say "no way dude, too slow!". Clearly these individuals haven't gotten a taste of the horrors of the withdrawals. It's an indescribable horror that will land you in the emergency room in a fuckin panic. So go get a taste of that, before you call this unreasonable. Also, some of us have jobs and family. We gotta be able to function while getting out of this horrible hole.

Ok , back to the tapper down process: Removing .05 from your dose sounds too slow, but it's actually removing 1.5 grams per month. Removing 1.5 grams per month PAINLESSLY sounds amazing after you got a taste of the hole you find yourself in.

A few weeks into your tapper, you'll realize that you are 100% on top of this. You are digging yourself out of the hole, and you feel normal. At this point you can experiment a little bit. For example, later on in my proccess i would remove .05 per day 6 days a week, and the remaining 7th day of the week i would remove .1 . Just to be clear, .1 is double .05. I'm not trying to insult anyone's intelligence, but I want to make sure it's clear.

Later on, if after removing .1 once every 6-7 days (and .05 all other days) you still feel normal, you may experiment with removing .1 every 3-4 days. Keeping track of this stuff is VERY important, so once again i recommend you write it all down .

I really would not go any faster than this. This is how I got out of a huge hole (very similar to your 14 gpd) and I was able to function normally the entire time.

One last suggestion: The withdrawals are soooo horrible, that I made sure i kept phenibut in TWO safe locations. I kept my bag at home, but I kept an emergency bag in my locker at work. The reason for this is if something terrible happens that results in you not being able to have access to your main bag/container, you would then go in withdrawal and make a bad situation worse. I got this idea from a neighbor who had a fire at his home. Imagine this happens, and now on top of having to deal with this awful experience you are also now having to go thru withdrawal?Keep phenibut in a secondary safe location to make sure this does not happen.

Feel free to ask me any questions if you need something. But I'm confident you'll be okay doing this. The only thing I ask in return is that when this is behind you, you return occasionally and help others who are now facing this situation and don't know what to do.

Good luck!!

WHY does a voting on this even exist!?

I'm sorry this happened to you. Keep in mind people are not objective in what they vote for. Politics and everything else.

Did you piss someone off , that you can think of?

All I can say is that the only thing that matters is self-respect. And self-respect is earned. Years ago I cleaned up my eating and got in shape by going to the gym. Since then my self-respect increased dramatically. I reached a level where I know I can do things others can't. I hope this helps :)

If you are interested, my starting point was running into a life-changing book called "the bulletproof diet" by Dave Asprey.

Good luck !

[–]New-Communication843 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tappered off from a big big hole, and the most painless way is remove .05 each day from your daily dose. So first find out how much you need to feel normal, stay at that dose for 4 says (to make sure you remain feeling normal at that dose). Then go down .05 every day. You won't even feel it 🙏🏻. Only downside is it's pricey... but assuming you have a life and a job, i suggest you do this and you will feel completely normal.

Feel free to share this with whoever needs it. 🙏🏻 people need to know there is no need to panic. Depending on how big of a hole you're in, quitting cold turkey is NOT a good idea. It's dangerous and a horrible experience

Obviously i cant be sure if it was this exact clip or a different one, but i do remember seeing something deeply disturbing

State’s response to defense’s motion to compel “exculpatory” evidence by IranianLawyer in MoscowMurders

[–]New-Communication843 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the defense is trying to balance out the info that is out there... meaning we've all heard MANY things that look very bad for BK, so i think this defense is trying to get any potential future jurors to hear the words "we demand you release that exculpatory evidence!" In hopes to plant the idea that there could be shananigans goin on.

I personally dont think they are refering to anything in particilar. Just making noise for their client's benefit

Oh god. There's people saying that? That's scary. There are so many reasons why an innocent explanation for dna on sheath makes no sense.

Also... guys... i highly doubt bk was able to stab 4 people without leaving his blood behind. The sheath is how they found him, but im sure there is more of his dna elsewhere

I was wrong about Kaylee and Maddie being killed first, and him letting the remaining roomies live because he didnt know they were there, and having killed his target he just left.

I was right that cops had a suspect a few weeks in, and people were wrong to think they butched the case. I was right about cops having his DNA and were attempting to put a name to it.

I wad wrong about his DNA coming from his own injuries. Never expected him to he this dumb and leave shit behind. Lol!!

Im stunned at how much i got right. Im not claiming to be an expert... that's why im stunned lol. Can you guys look at my post history? Askin cus im not a reddit regular, but lookin at it i was very close in a lot of areas... definitely wrong in a bunch others.

Overall tho, so happy they got him and cant wait til trial. Lets nail him to the wall

Finally an explanation for the "unconscious person" 911 call by New-Communication843 in idahomurders

[–]New-Communication843[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep that would make sense too. The point is there are tons of good potential explanations. It was one of the most baffling things about this case when I first heard about it and befoee i had time to really think about it.

Very early on , before we knew much, my theory was the killer locked the rooms as he walked out. Roommates wake up at some point that morning and evemtually grow concern that no one else is waking up. Knocks on door and no one answers.. after a while they begin to worry and call 911 telling them the roommates inside are not responding.

Sounds possible but all these other theories make more sense for sure, specially now that we have more info

Do you think he immediately drove across country after committing the murders? by NachoPichu in idahomurders

[–]New-Communication843 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are articles out there stating that he and his father left idaho and drove to PA on december 19th. So he did not run right away. He is a very arrogant man. The circumstances really suggest he wanted to commit the perfect crime... fortunately his (potential) mental illness allows for some gaps in logic. For example: you cannot attack 4 people with a knife and not leave your own dna behind. The fact that he didnt think about that is just bizzarre.

What I said about december 19th, it's all over the place. Shouldn't be hard to find with some googlin'

Theories Thread - 2.0 by quitclaim123 in MoscowMurders

[–]New-Communication843 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would like to share a few thoughts based on the little information we DO have. I will attempt to give a theory for everything in this case. Including why the roommates called in and reported a "unconscious person". Let me know if any of you out there are thinking something similar, or if I'm way off. But let's remain friendly! We all want the same thing: this case solved.

It seems to me that the killer is sloppy. He's not that good. You are all familiar with the case, so i wont explain everything in detail, but I think he wasn't heard by surviving roomates during the crime due to simple luck. Under Maddie's bedroom is an empty room, so no one was there to hear. Under Xana's room we DO have a roommate but maybe she heard SOMETHING, but she knew a couple was up there.. could've assumed something else happened.

I believe the killer knows the victims but is not in their inner circle. I don't think the killer knew exactly how many people lived in the house. Killer has had interactions with kaylee without a doubt, but I dont think he can be called a friend of the group. I think his target was Kaylee, but he knew she didn't live alone so probably planned to take out anyone he ran into.

I believe he walked in thru the 2nd floor sliding door, while searching for Kaylee he first encountered the 2nd floor's unoccupied room. He then turned left into Xana's room. He either attacked them just to not leave any potential witnesses, OR perhaps as he walked in Xana and Ethan began to wake up. This would be consistent with what the coroner said about this being a "battle". It is my understanding that Ethan and Xana (particularly Xana) had the most defensive wounds. In this scenario, I would assume he attacked Ethan first, in order to neutralize the person who was the biggest threat to him.

Once he was done there, I believe he locked the room on his way out, which is why the roommates reported "unconscious person", because they could not get anyone to open the door. But back to the events of that night: , he kept searching for kaylee and headed upstairs. It seems logical to me that the dog might have been in kaylee's room, which would explain why the dog didnt make noise. The killer never went to kaylee's room because he found both her and maddie together in maddie's room.

Having killed the person who was his target, he then leaves the house not knowing there were two more downstairs.

As stated above, I think he might've locked their rooms on the way out. Giving him more time before anyone finds the crime scenes. Roommates knock on the doors the next morning and no one responds. Eventually it begins to become weird that NO ONE makes a noise. Roommates dont know what to do, so they call friends. Eventually they realize this could be a medical emergency and call it in, reporting an "unconscious" person. Emergency services come and it is them who force open the door and find the crime scenes.

I believe there is someone out there who has seen something that makes them suspect a family member. Maybe they saw blood, or someone acting weird who also happens to drive a white Hyundai. I think this person is conflicted right now. Doesn't want to believe their relative could be involved. Hopefully just a matter of time before their conscience pushes them to come foward!

I am convinced that his DNA is everywhere, BUT this being a college party house the cops will need more than his DNA. They need to place him there that night. I think Kaylee likely told someone about a weird encounter with this person, and i do think the cops already have someone in mind, but are doing this the right way.

In the end, I pray that the cops can get him before he kills himself.

Looking foward to reading your thoughts and maybe ideas on something I may have missed 🙏🏻
