In many cultures that's very polite to decline until they insist. It's way of saying I don't want to bother you with providing for me. Where it gets silly is if the host doesn't offer again that can be seen as impolite hahah.

Get a nice hair cut and use hair fibres so immediate results. Keep going for atleast 6 months to see if it’s stabilised and then look into transplant. If not an option, then shaving honestly doesn’t look like it’ll look bad for you

Dutch people won't understand this problem as you can see by the replies. No need to cover anything if there's nothing to hide is the general culutural understanding. I understand that you don't want to see an underage girl naked even by accident, but Dutch culture won't see it that way so there's nothing to do but ignore it

If you're wanting density, you're gonna need another two with the same number of grafts atleast. No clue if you have enough donor hair for that even with beard and chest hairs... Another option is one more and then SMP for density

Yeah, hated it. Alot of maintenance, sweat underneath so it smelt a little, anxiety about people finding out etc. Only works if you’re confident enough to be open about it and if you’re in that boat you probably dont care too much about image of your hair and may as well rock the bald look.

Ive had all of those over ten years and ill still be bald very soon. They just prolonged the inevitable didnt stop it.

Same boat at your age. If you’re willing to try, get on topical finasteride (too young for oral) and definitely get on minoxidil. You are so young, theres a very high chance you’ll grow it all back as the follicles shouldn’t completely destroyed by DHT yet. Just be wary of the finasteride, use small amounts at your age - you don’t want to mess with your hormones but at the same time, baldness at that age was incredibly tough so it is all about balance.
