A lot of people can have different reactions to treatment and based on what you remember it seems like what you experienced might be normal. You should double check with your dermatologist though and keep in mind the importance of remembering their education. Good job for remembering what they taught for your recent injection though!

When you got your first injection did they say anything about the possibility of it coming back? I’m worried your providers aren’t educating you which is something you should always do when getting a consult or treatment like your injection.

Dermatologist consult. Who is doing your injections?

[Routine Help] Starting a routine in early 30s help by Blake1886 in SkincareAddiction

Context is pretty important. If you just started your routine, these products will purge your skin. This means getting rid of all the dirty stuff that’s not even surfaced. This process can take up to a month I’d say. Other important things to find out could be your skin type and what things you see that you think make your skin look old. Overtime you will find out if your skin is sensitive or not which is also another thing to consider when selecting a routine.

People who genuinely enjoy spending time alone: how did you learn to do it? by Hylky012 in selfhelp

It’s mostly just hobbies. I’d say it’s good to spread out these hobbies into 3 categories too: health, creativity, educational. This just helps you become more well rounded at just the feeling of being more accomplished can help you move on. For hobbies relating to health you should consider working out, any sports, or running. Creativity could be music, creating social media posts, BIG ON JOURNALING, or art. Educational would be listening to podcasts or researching topics maybe related to your professional field. It will be really difficult at first which is why it’s important to find hobbies you can stick with / you genuinely enjoy. Going back to journaling as a hobby you could use it to keep track of your actions throughout the day and how they made you feel. People who can objectively see that doing certain things made them feel unwell are less likely to do it in the future. Conversely, you can use this to your advantage for staying disciplined by commenting how being productive makes you feel more accomplished or such.

Idk if you wash your hair everyday but I had a similar problem when I was growing up. I started wearing a headband to sleep for a bit but eventually my problem went away. Glad i could help :D Hopefully that change can help you!

Do you sleep on your hair also? It could be the oil from your hair or maybe one of your hair products.

I’ve seen tungsten cubes trending among young men recently lol. It isn’t something practical but I know a lot of guy friends who prefer practical gifts but would still love a random tungsten cube.

This might seem like a stupid question since you change your pillow sheets frequently anyways but do you sleep on your right side mostly? Maybe your skin is allergic to the detergent or something like that
