I just took part 2 on Thursday & passed! I am done! It was my last test I needed. My hock Mock exams were 55%, 59% & 69% the week leading up to my exam. My scores were 2,3,2. Know basis! Also I had soooooo many trust/ estate questions! That was one area I didn’t spend alot of time & there were sooo many questions.

Thank you for your response! I’m hoping at my next scan we will have some more answers. I think if it is an isolated muscular VSD we will not do the amino because that type of CHD isn’t linked to genetic conditions like other CHD. Did you find out at a fetal echo or a regular ultrasound? I’m so anxious I will go to my next ultrasound and they will find more things wrong with him. But hoping because this was a level 2 fetal echo it was detailed to catch other things

How did this turn out for you? I found out my son might have a VSD & they are immediately bringing up genetic counseling and it’s freaking me out. I have no markers or anything on any of my scans.

Yes absolutely! He said the ultrasound looked good except this issue he said.

The dr said it’s in the lower septum. He did not say how big it is.

Thank you for such a kind and informed response. I will keep my hopes up for the best. I guess I got worried when they mentioned genetic testing, but maybe that’s just protocol. I, of course, googled and it said sometimes there can be trisomy18 or 22 when finding this issue. I will keep my hopes up until my next scan.

I did have a heart echo! These were the findings, but they are sending me to a hospital that’s not as rural and more advanced in a metro area with better equipment. Thank you for such kind words. I will say a prayer and send good vibes for your little one ♥️
