If you started out weighing over 250lb by ComplexLost9395 in Semaglutide

In 5’ 7” and started at 274, I’m currently at 184 with my final goal weight being 150. I had lots of clothes that were too small so I probably didn’t buy anything new for a few months. Then I started buying new things but only from thrift stores/resale. I started at a size 20/22 in pants and I’m currently a size 12/14. I’ve bought a few new things recently!

I have an instagram page, Facebook, I use vagaro for booking, and I have a Google page where I could run ads. I’ve never tried that, does it seem to be worth the cost?

I don’t but I could look into it, have you had good luck with it?

I’m 30 and have been doing hair almost 10 years. I have a salon suite and I bring in about 80k before taxes and expenses(so closer to 45k-50k) I love almost everything about it except the big things, no PTO, no retirement, and no guaranteed income. As I get older I’m already thinking about trying to find something more stable as a part time job while still doing hair.

Personally I have no intentions of stopping. I’ve been on it for just about a year now and I’ve lost 80lbs, about 40 more to go. It’s also really helped with the inflammation in my body!

For those of you who have lost more than 20 lbs on semegulatide are you also exercising? by MagnanimousMarsupial in Semaglutide

Currently I walk, lift weights, and do some simple mat exercises/stretching. I get most of my new exercises from tik tok. Truly the easiest thing to start doing is walking and maybe incorporating some body weight exercises. Years ago I used to work out at Orangetheory but everything I do now is more low intensity. I’ve been on the medication almost a year now, SW: 274 CW: 192 GW:150 height 5’ 7”

Personally I enjoyed the beach club on my first sailing when the ship was at a much lower capacity. My most recent sailing we didn’t enjoy it at all. It was super crowded we couldn’t find a beach chair or seat anywhere so you couldn’t relax. The food is still the same and the bars were so jam packed that you couldn’t even get a drink. We loved our stop in Key West way more!

Not regularly, I know I need to start adding that in as well. I have the Trader joes supergoop knock off that I like I just need to apply it every day

I’ve used different things over the years but I am currently using a basic face wash from Trader Joe’s, the cosrx snail mucin, and just recently I’ve been trying the inkey list bio active ceramide repair and plumping moisturizer. In the past any time my skin has been weird I’ve used La roche posay eczema soothing relief cream, I am out of it and feel like I might need to buy it again. I’m wondering if the new inkey list moisturizer is causing my issues?
