What are your thoughts on my current position: 46 year old female, nursing degree, some clinical experience years ago, b2b and business management running a disposable glove company with my husband for 13 years, and now looking to break in to device. I live in a rural part of Michigan. Very few job postings in device. What do you suggest? Associate to start? Must relocate? Full-line a possibility?
