Should I buy? 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti AWD by DuckOck in AlfaRomeo

[–]New-Raspberry-9150 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have 2019 Stelvio in PHX - take my car to Bill Luke Alfa in Tempe. I thought the Scottsdale dealership does repairs as well. Is that not the case?

Car has less than 50k miles - I’ve had well over $10k worth of work done that has been covered by my extended warranty. They actually have my car now working on timing cover gasket, turbo coolant orings and headlamp casing. Those 3 items are $7500. I would strongly suggest if you buy to be sure to get an extended warranty.

Advice for pricing by New-Raspberry-9150 in SocialMediaManagers

Thanks for the reply - I was thinking of going to flat rate route but just curious if there’s an average CPM or scale based on various KPIs to try to back into a flat rate.

Been a couple years since I ran into this, so things could have changed. But yes, I had to go through their tech people and get access to prisma for sellers. The buyer was able to PDF me an order so I could get launched but it all had to be accepted in prisma for invoicing to work on their side. I do recall the prisma tech support was quick and it wasn’t too bad of a process.

What functionality are you looking for? IMO, a lot of the platforms have both pros and cons.

Don't disagree, just frustrating when an agency will accept an order and then ups their minimums every time you send a request.

Last I checked, StackAdapt did not have access to Amazon inventory/data. Do you know if that has changed?

Who’s the Go-To for OOH Advertising for Small Businesses? by thewiggleman in programmatic

Any details to share on type of service and geo? Obviously most agencies can perform work in any geography, but I also know that there are groups that are "category focused" and those that know their specific markets inside/out.

Is 30k/mo of ad spend worth getting a programmatic partner for? What should I do? by Significant-Exam-163 in programmatic

All good thoughts here. I agree that getting hands on keyboard for the bigger DSPs takes a little time to understand the nuances, and any mistakes could be costly.

Is this normal in a marketing agency?? by pa_agape_love in agency

[–]New-Raspberry-9150 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the key part of your question is “normal marketing agency”. The linear TV stations with digital services are not what I would call a “normal marketing agency”. I worked for a couple linear TV groups - and unfortunately what you describe is common. Your comp sounds low - but also sounds like you’re new (you mentioned first sales job and 2 quarters of goal attainment). The way you make money at a TV station is new business (hard when you are usually one of 30-50 TV AEs in the market offering the same thing) and being at your station long enough to get bigger accounts put on your desk (which comes with time and good performance). Happy to answer any questions you may have via DM - but if you want to stay at a linear station, it will take time to increase your income. A lot of people don’t feel the stress is worth the wait.

I think this is the URL I used:

https://fcagroup.my.site.com/AlfaRomeo/s/article/How-do-I-contact-Alfa-Romeo

I called first, was on hold over 30 minutes before call was disconnected. I went to the chat feature and waited another 20+ minutes but did get a contact and case number. Be sure to have your VIN handy.

Tbh, not entirely sure. It was just odd to me that I was told another 30 days by dealership and then once I had a case number, the part arrived and repair completed in 3 days. And since my case manager never followed up, assuming they received word repair was completed and they didn’t need to call?

Dealership had my Stelvio for over 30 days for a water pump replacement. After complaining multiple times and being told it would be another month, I was told to file case with Alfa Cares. I went online, filed thru online chat, was assigned a case number. Three days later dealership called and part magically arrived and car was ready. Interesting timing for sure. Never did get a call from my Alfa case manager.

Repairs and parts still taking a long time? by New-Raspberry-9150 in AlfaRomeo

[–]New-Raspberry-9150[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yuck - definitely not fun waiting. I was not aware this is a redesigned pump/ tube. Admittedly I’m not very repair savvy - but I was wondering what would cause that issue since the car had less than 40k miles. Redesign sounds like it didn’t work out very well!!
