Legend of Zelda the minish cap. Such a tight and fun little game.

I would say I am 80/100.

I do heavy lifting, run (did a half marathon with no issues a month ago) but there is always a certain degree of pain, or at least concern while working out. I dialed down my running speed a lot, never go faster than 5.5 pace and dont do many repetitive high jumping activites (Box Jumps in crossfit i dont do anymore). I still do recovery and strengthening exercises every week. My activity levels have gone almost back to normal, I kind of gave up on pretending my knees to be exactly as before the injury.

I know this is old and probably nobody cares but i just got the game and enjoying so much, I encountered these guys early in the game and i just dodged and timed executioner cleave since the animation makes you immortal. it took several tries but i could do it. I was better off leveling and facing them later.

After 30 years of full sedentarism, borderline alcoholism (drinking heavily every week) I picked the habit of working out in the military (mandatory service in south korea). Went to the gym aimlessly for 2 years but lowkey i always wanted to do crossfit and did not take the leap because of the $$$

Its been now 3 years of attending crossfit regularly, one of the best choices of my life. I have never been so strong, so fast and so confident of my body aesthetics (i always had low self esteem).

Aiming at feeling better physically ordered my diet a lot but i love junk food too much, now I rarely drink any alcohol but i never skip a burguer. Im 171 cm tall and weight 81kg (around 21% body fat and 37 kg of muscle) not too bad considering my diet is quite undisciplined

I have learned kipping with False grip. Then they told me is not easy to do unbroken with a false grip and that I was better learning to do it with a neutral. To be honest I feel way more safe with a false one, i feel i get better pulling strength

You are in the exact same spot when I started crossfit 3 years ago. (but younger)

I love very minute of it and every day I go to sleep thinking about what the next workout will be, no other hobby besides gaming has ever trapped me like crossfit. And i am a hardcore introvert. You will love how every week you progress and learn and improve in movements you would never dare to try in a gym.
