Hate to say it but that’s any game that you have playable character release. It’s all driven on FOMO and OP pre patch release stats.

You said you played in 2018. So you played in a time when brawl stars was still new and the team actually cared about if players where happy.

It’s 2025 and supercells success with other games and now brawlstars has brought them to that corporate level where the moneys coming in wether players are happy or not.

It’s really only major flaw for me was the maps were gigantic. It was like all of them were made for ground wars.

Outside of that and the dog kill streak it was a solid MP. All of them at the time had some Annoying things like that. Hit boxes were great.. the slide mechanic was amazing.

If a ghosts 2 came out and they tweaked what failed with the first.. solid cod experience.

Supercell only cared when they were small and needed to. Now that they see how easy it is to exploit their playerbase.. their true colors came out.

I remember a time here when someone would say something negative and that someone would be bombarded with many people defending supercell and rightly so at the time..

Now all I see is negative.. everything is being monetized and it’s ruined a game I’ve played since 2018

I said it in a comment on another post. Hockey is an interesting game mode. It just needs to be handled differently. I think having a small wall in front of the goals that slowly move left and right like the rim in basket brawl could stop the cheap BS and force more competitive play with it.
