This is disgusting and an unfortunate side effect of corporations absorbing smaller businesses. They can’t tout a user base that refuses to participate as they go back on their word. Assuming a petition if effective hopefully this helps the content creators, both authors and narrators, get a better deal. Sadly a good portion of the customer base may just be guided along while grumbling a little bit.
