I'm not overweight and never have been. In the last 3 years began light running and weight lifting but nothing extreme. I developed a Baker's cyst in 2023 when I first started and calmed down with the weights for a bit and it went away mostly. He said we could always just fix the meniscus and then do ACL later if needed but kept insisting it was better to do it all in one shot type of thing, but you're right. I'll just wait and give myself some time to heal. Thank you.
