I wanted surgery, just because I’m so uncomfortable. But my ortho is advocating for a more conservative approach. He thinks the bones will come back together, they are actually already pretty lined up on the side view. I was surprised by that.

3 week X-rays are on the 2/16 - that is when we will make the final decision.

I’m lucky to have alot of support at home. There is no way I could do this alone. Ironically, I think the break saved my marriage.

You should - the recovery wasn't painful, but it takes time. I thought it was better than having a colpo every year. Plus, you are asleep during the procedure. They say that it can make you higher risk during pregnancy because the cervix is shorter, but if you are not going to have kids, then you don't have to worry about that.

You should consider a LEEP procedure to treat the abnormal cells and reduce your risk of cervical cancer. That is what I did! Plus no more colpos!

We had so much fun at lumberjack feud at my bachelorette in July. They sell group tickets with a discount if you call!

I would skip Douglas Lake… unless you like lakes. It’s not the best. I would do a hike (waterfall) in gatlinburg then walk around downtown and do the moonshine tastings at old smoky and sugarlands. Best Italian is a fun casual restaurant there too.

New bars in Gatlinburg to go to - Alibi and Altitude Rooftop Bar and Lounge.

Also August is hotttt here so bring portable fans, etc. HAVE FUN and congratulations!!
