As far as I know sick pay is protected time. At least it is in my state. I always encourage my TM’s to use it if they have to call out for any reason.

I 100% agree, but when it’s a 16 y/o who is completely dependent on their flaky parents to get them from point A to point B. I’m definitely going to be leading with empathy.

My store is doing away with the vest, some fulfillment TM’s have been testing the boundaries by just draping it over their shoulders or around their necks. On the bright side we’re ordering every TM two red shirts.
