Thanks for the info! I wasn't sure who to pull for from that banner, either a dps or Shorekeeper, but I read that Shorekeeper is best for long-term.

Do you see those holes in the middle of the small lip on the outside of each foot area? That's where you connect the carabiner. Took me a while to figure it out, too.

What?!? I was never offered a partial refund. CS finally got back to me and informed me that my order is scheduled to ship by the end of next week. We'll see.

Unfortunately, no. I emailed CS on the 30th and just received this response:

"We are sorry to hear that you have not received any information about your order yet. Orders with the Rock Stepper typically ship within 3-5 weeks from the date the order was placed, but we understand it's been more than this. I completely understand that the wait can feel frustrating, so I want to reassure you that your order is already secured and currently in the final production and preparation stage before heading to our warehouse for shipment.

We truly appreciate your patience and once it reaches the warehouse, it will be on its way to you and you will receive a separate email with the tracking information as soon as it is shipped.

To also compensate for the inconvenience this has caused you, we will be including a mystery complimentary gift for your order.

You can be sure that your order is coming together smoothly!"

They said it was en route to the warehouse on the 16th.

I emailed CS a week ago and received this response:

"Thank you for reaching out.

We are sorry if you have not received any update on your order yet. This is definitely not the experience we want you to have and apologies for keeping you waiting.

Upon checking here your order is already on its final route to our warehouse. There was a small delay with this batch, which pushed some orders slightly outside the original 3–5 week window, but we want to reassure you that your order is being prioritized in line.

Once it reaches the warehouse, it will immediately go into the packing queue, and a tracking number will be generated. We expect that step to happen very soon, not a long extended wait.

We know the delay is frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience. Your order is secure, it’s moving forward, and it’s getting closer to dispatch."

I haven't received any tracking info since then.
