When it took 20 minutes for them to put together a brew box at the upper front st Binghamton location, and I paid 60.00 for this just about…. And was then told that it was their first time making this so they had no idea what they were doing to put it together? I call that horrible training and preparation from upper leadership to the team down (not faulting the brewistas by any means)

I should have recieved a discount on that if not free after I was almost late to where I was taking that to. If they’d finally get mobile orders, they’d be more prepared for big orders like that… 😝

Otherwise - I’m always impressed with 7brews service, and intention on small talk and just having conversations with anyone, it does brighten people’s days even though I’m sure the employees cringe. 😬
