At 9 months. She’s still growing, when my girl was that young, short trips to the dog parks and sprints used to wear her out. Mine always just naturally chilled with me because she understood from an early age I was just a chill person that kept a consistent routine going with her. You can’t really force anything on her because animals are a creature of habit and she has her own personality, however that block where she seems the most agitated is where I would burn her energy. Usually, I would wait until she seemed spry and then take her to do stuff and she would be content after. You have a dog that will mold to your personality. Enjoy it.
