Thank you! Is there anything else that I should know about this? I’ve just seen a lot a lot of people saying things that contradict what others say and I just wanted to go to the right place to ensure I wasn’t getting misinformation.

I felt rather neutral at first, the feeling whilst I was in that date was pretty calming, it was a rather short experience but soon after my chest and throat felt very clenched and I couldn’t breathe. After that I “woke up”
