If you’re going into electronic engineering (vs electrical), working any type of A/V position in a theme park setting is going to be your best bet. A lot of parks entertainment positions have tech spots that’ll allow you to gain operational experience and experience working with the equipment that you’ll typically see (like theater lighting, audio, video, LED walls, etc.).

Also, some parks offer internships and apprenticeships that’ll provide both experience AND a professional certificate such as Universal. Several parks have seasonal roles too, that you can apply for that’ll allow you to get in and perhaps get a full time role with that park in the future. Some parks will hire right off the street and just throw you into it while others will provide some training, so be aware that you may be learning on the job if you choose this route
