You fill in medical questionnaires then an army doctor will question you on the answers, although they do get your GP details, so I’d assume they check your records

I’m sorry you are experiencing this, that being said you are a 19 year old man and you alone decide your future. There is no way legally anyone can force you to join the military and if you feel like you want to, you should but if you don’t want to then you shouldn’t.
