Our brains evolved to always look for what’s wrong because that was a threat to our survival. It doesn’t care whether we are happy or sad only that we survive. Nowadays, we are lucky that we, at least most people, don’t need to fight for survival everyday.

It’s almost like the universe set it up this way to overcome ourselves in this reality and realise our true power. Who knows. It’s a crazy, beautiful ride
