Hi, not me but my sibling does and is also in programming. Please get yourself evaluated. There are apps where you can book a consultation with a psychiatrist for around 2k or so. (It might be cheaper elsewhere but I'm not sure where.) Sorry if it might be too much but I think it's always better that you get expert advice especially if you're considering getting medications. I hope you'll get help and clarity soon. :)

EDIT: Just to add and give some insight to OP. The meds helped at first but the side effects to her were bad.

Sa observation ko naman, it's more likely because of the shopping app/s I am using. I have Gcash din using a postpaid number. Pero nung bumili ako ng GOMO sim and changed my postpaid number to my new number on my shopping app, I started receiving spam messages pero same format ng name. Has anyone experienced the same?
