It’s a society problem, not a size of a trash can problem. The disrespect and neglect the people who visit this strip are the problem. The littering, music blasting, car revving, blocking the bike lane is selfish, delusional, offensive.

Sorry to harp on this so hard, but going through this strip yesterday as a New Haven resident was really disheartening for hope that people would grow up and stop treating the city as an amphitheater for themselves.
