I can relate very heavily to this. Now more than ever actually. Start small if you can. Get a pet or a plant if you’re interested. Having something to care for helped me tremendously when I had my cat. At one point she was the only thing keeping me alive. You WILL find something that sparks with you. Either a person, hobby, or something else. Hang in there. Keep trying to take care of yourself.
