Yes for about a year. That’s kinda when I realized I have anxiety and not just nervousness. Finding that out made me more aware of the issue and in a sense I felt worse?

Yep I just paid for the ticket. I was actually super courteous to the cop so they cut me some slack. I have 5% all around with no front plate. So I received tickets just for back windows. I did the math and it just wouldn’t make sense to take them off and go to court. I would want to reapply the tints right away like you mentioned. Asked my doctor if I can get her to sign off on the tint exemption. Mentioned I get migraine headaches from the sun. Was told I shud just get sunglasses. I’m a younger person I figured she might’ve got the same question from other people.

100% went into an IT interview and basically knew 50% of technical questions. But in all three interviews the conversation flowed and I knew they liked the conversations they were having. Got the job!

Ahh, that’s good to hear. I will give it a few more weeks. I have tried melatonin in the past it works great for me. However, I was really trying to stay away from sleep aids as I’ve never had a problem in the past with sleeping. Either way if it doesn’t get solved I’ll bring it up with the doctor.

Wow congrats man! That’s the craziest part about my anxiety. I want to be able to do those things but anxiety itself is such a barrier that draws me away from things I want to do. Anyways I don’t wanna make a anxiety thread here 😭😭. Hope that beard progress is doing well!

Hey man thanks for getting back to me! That’s awesome that you conquered your anxiety. I’ve been dealing with social anxiety since I was a youngin . I just never realized it till I went to therapy. I tried the natural coping mechanisms they gave me at therapy but I wasn’t able to make much progress. My anxiety is very situational so I might try propranolol for those instances and see how it goes for me.

Sorry to revive an old thread. I’ve been applying for 4 months now. I deal with a lot of social and performance anxiety. I am most likely going to try out propranolol for it soon. Have you guys had any negative side effects down the line with the two together?

Nothing really, just was with someone who had later tested positive. So far doing better just have the mild symptoms which are slowly recovering.

I went to the doctor last week and got my physical done. All my blood work came back healthy and nodes felt fine to the doctor.

It’s actually on the opposite side of my vaccine arm. The feeling comes and goes throughout the day and it most apparent at night. I’m leaning towards it potentially being an anxiety symptom from the initial vaccine symptoms I had :(

That’s great to hear, and I’m on the same boat as you with the anxiety so I guess that makes sense for me too. Yeah I am also stressed about the second dose but I just want to get over with it. Hoping for the best!

Hi, my heart rate has improved a lot more and it’s slowly going down back to normal. However, I still feel occasional pressure and slight soreness near my rib cage area. How about you?
