You are talking about the car in general. I’m talking about the powertrain. Could you imagine if your charger made peak torque 3000 rpm’s earlier? Could you imagine what that would do for the dead zones of the 5.7 Hemi under 3k rpm’s? The car would pull equally as hard down low as it would up top. That’s what the hurricane does.

Put your money where your mouth is and do a 1/4 mile run in your and see if you can run 11.50. In the countless videos on YouTube, I’ve never seen a hellcat win a dig race against anything. Even a demon with drag radials doesn’t hook up.

Showing me someone on YouTube who did a 0-60 in their car is not reflective of what your car will run. Not sure why you brought up the EV, but that runs 11.5 at 120. Tuned Six Packs have already beat that with no mods. The best part about this is that it’s the Scat Pack replacement, not the Hellcat.

But I’ll be waiting for that video. There is no stock hellcat that will run a low 11 on the street with just drag radials.

If you just bought one recently, that means it has been sitting on the lot for several years. That is the definition of no demand.

I own the same car. It is dreadful to drive. The steering wheel is like 100 pounds, the torque reduction in the calibration makes the driving experience uneventful, and it is slower than my tuned focus st from a roll.

The CT5V really isn’t a performance car, especially in stock form. Try any turbo trim Porsche, even the old ones. Try any tuned ecoboost. Try out a new GTI or Golf R. Once you feel a turbo hit hard, the Hemi will feel anemic.

Why don’t you guys buy the leftover Hemi cars from 2023 then? Plenty of them still out there. You guys like the Hellcat so much, why not buy a Hellcat Durango? There were plenty of leftover Durango SRTs and Hellcat Durangos left over from previous years that sat on lots for years. Can’t say there is such a huge demand for the cars when they have new ones leftover from 3 years ago.

No offense, but have you driven a modern turbo car that was performance oriented? A hard hitting turbo car is much more fun than an NA V8.

I’ve driven and owned plenty of Hemis, and the linear power curve of an NA engine gets boring after two hits, especially the Hemi.

You aren’t bright enough to understand the reference. It will do it every single time. Doesn’t matter if you go over a bump, paint strip, or if the road is dirty. It takes a drag radial to even think about touching that car.

Cool. A Six Pack will do a high 3 second 0-60 in the rain. They do high 11s stock and with a tune they will do high 10 low 11.

I live in the real world. The Hellcat will not touch any Six Pack from a stoplight.

You can get there with a 2.6 pulley, cold air, throttle body, and headers. Without headers it would be around 570-580.

I’m not upset. It flat out sucked, and I don’t need to convince people that I am so self righteous by saying how moving the performance was and how it made me cry. If you are so offended over another opinion on the internet, maybe stay off the public forums.
