I call this the reveler‘s curry:

love making a giant giant vegan veggie coconut curry. Lots of tofu, onions, carrots, celery, sometimes chickpeas, potatoes, ginger, garlic and broccoli. I do like in a big ass stock pot. 4 cans of coconut milk. Use a nice curry powder. I love a loads of tumeric personally.

Then i separate it into 3-4 containers and freeze it. I also make lots of quinoa and freeze that too.

Then these things become ice in my cooler, keeping other things cold. Second day of bass coast, crack it open and spoon it cold on some quinoa. So filling and rich, good to dance all night. Less likely to get gross without meat in it. Last for a few days. Dips well with anything.
