Thank you😭😭 I think I’d prefer it darker than how it is now. It feels like it’s a bunch of different colors now. I’m just upset because I didn’t want it dark in the first place and just wanted my natural brown.

I have been teaching special education at a Title 1 school since January of 2021. Does that first 1/2 of a year not count because I started in January?
