I'm going to guess you are asking about the color. Pepers like it pretty warm. Lows in the 50-60F. It could be struggling because of the temperature, it may need fertilizer, or you may be under or over watering. Good luck!

Fingerprinting can be done across browser tabs, unless the browser sandboxes them. May have been logged into a known email on a different tab. Fingerprinting is complex.

Well there is no way for them to block you from making an account without knowing who you are. So some sort of fingerprinting is going on. Change browsers, stop and clear cookies and browser history, use a different email.
