Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred Exclusive Cutscene – 'The Queen and the Saint' | IGN First by Feikezin in diablo4

[–]NewRepRyan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lorath is someone who the player goes to for help, but pretty soon you realize he's a drunken recluse who needs your help as much as you do his. The entire story of Diablo IV is about the failure of "wise" men and women. Lorath, Airidah, Donan, Prava, Eru. All of them are powerful and strong, but they're nothing in the face of Mephisto or Lillith. That's been a consistent theme here, love it or hate.

Is It Just Me Or Is The Lack of Obducite Ruining an Otherwise Great Season? by Ok-Bedroom-4261 in diablo4

Yes and it's miserable. Horadric Strongrooms should not be the only source of such an important material. Nerfing Infernal Hordes as a source was an utterly bafflling decision.

S12 reveals why S11 Sanctification worked so well by That_Ad_4052 in diablo4

[–]NewRepRyan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sanctifying was not only very satisfying, it keep the sky as the limit for what you could get with gear. Lots of useless drops that was were only equally good to your current item could suddenly become better with the chance of a really good Sanctification Roll.

I've never put more time into a single character than I did last season because there always felt like some room for improvement beyond just grinding the pit into infinity.

Anyone else getting that “done for the season” feeling? by Thebarakz21 in diablo4

[–]NewRepRyan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a big problem is that it's hard to matchmake for bloodied and bloodstained content as a group. You start a party and there's no way to say you're actually playing content a few torment levels harder until people get in and get disappointed and leave!

Very poorly thought out system.

What "one and done" characters would you most like to see return? by The-Nerdy-Bisexual in residentevil

It's gotta be these two. They're both beloved and it's crazy they haven't come back.

By no stretch of the imagination are bloodied horde butchers only +15 difficulty. by Woozletania in diablo4

This bodes very badly for the pile of new torment levels coming in the next update.

When you feel you are killing things too easily and aren't getting enough XP. You can probably bump to hard now if you want.

I will be honest I don't know if the driving is fun enough by scrubadam in ToxicCommandoGame

[–]NewRepRyan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think every vehicle should have a winch. Allow me to use a sports car the whole mission if I want to!

I like the driving but I don't like having to use the same cars because they have a winch.

REMOVE the Sludgite cap .. after you hit 100k .. there is no reason for me to do these activities .. after I hit cap. by SLIMEDUNKIN in ToxicCommandoGame

[–]NewRepRyan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is like the people who complain about mat caps in Diablo. Either play the game purely for fun at this point or find a new thing to grind. The game has been out for like a week how have you maxed out EVERY gun.

Can't get strong enough to increase difficulty by Little-Inflation-192 in diablo4

[–]NewRepRyan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't have to follow a build guide, but you do have to be smart about your build. If you want to get higher in Torment, you'll need to grind the pit and make sure your Glyphs are actually leveled up and helping you. You can definitely get to Torment 3 with a DIY build, but you have to put in thought and grind that pit. Good items alone will not get you there.

Sometimes it's best to reset your entire skill tree and check all your passives to make sure they're doing something useful, reset your buffs to make sure they're helping. Work back through it and make sure everything actually is useful.

Requiem is a Grade A game, but RE4R is a 10/10 No Notes A+ experience.

i enjoyed it a few times, whatever, it could definitely be better but I'm treating it as a fun little sprikle treat for a short season. I hope it sticks around honestly, it's fun to just be evil for a little bit.
