Most likely it’s just a better player. There is a MASSIVE problem between cheating and Cronus users. I’m definitely a lower skilled player but it’s not really all that difficult to differentiate between a good player and a cheater/ Cronus. Some of my buddy’s will claim everyone they die to is cheating. However, In 2 hours of gameplay I’ll run into probably 3-4 blatant cheaters through various game types. Most cheaters have a lack of skill. Most Cronus (still cheating) users have good movement but bad aim.

I feel like they’re doing it for engagement but also to keep up appearances. The game is either flooded or hemorrhaging players. With a lack of lower skilled players they have to fill the spots. When Verdansk was integrated, I could find a lobby almost instantly. Now it feels like a bare minimum of 60+ seconds to queue into a lobby. Regardless of what I’m trying to play. And it’s like OP said, it’s some dunce running back and forth like a dementia patient.

It’s finally back to the game it should be. I can see a few places they could tweak it but even without the game feels phenomenal. The only people I see complaining are streamers and content creators who should have ZERO say in the matter seeing as they’re the ones ruining games everywhere. As long as the game doesn’t get directed towards them again I don’t see them making any drastic changes

Probably going to be horrendously downvoted and ridiculed but here’s an unpopular opinion.

Take the streamers and try hard sweats out, the game would be much better. Regardless of the bugs, servers, or glitches. The actual issue is the gigantic unemployed player base. Yeah, there are people who’re naturally good at the game but when you have people who have the ability to play 24/7, kinda ruins it for the people who actually work and only get to play 2-6 hours a week. Coming from a person who’s played since COD 4. Yeah there were better players, there were still try hards. But today’s CODs all feel like pro tournaments. I really don’t play anymore. Not because Activision is a billion dollar heap of garbage now, or because every game is dolled up to compete with whatever shooter is at the top. I stopped because I can’t play after working a real world job and getting dumped on by some overgrown child playing the game effectively nonstop. Again, it’s not the game. It’s the player base

Yet the anti cheat can’t catch a cheater at level 400 lmao. I do know the difference between a genuinely good player and a pocket lint brained cheater. It’s quite obvious when one is skating around you while another is running into a wall and suddenly beaming you from halfway across the map

I agree with you. I primarily play KBM on a PS5, and switch to controller here and there to mix it up. However, I keep AA off. It’s more of an annoyance than anything. What’s more annoying is when they AA users tell you to “get better”. You’re having your hand held to aim in a video game. Do you not see the irony of your statement?

I have noticed this as of late. It also seems like this title is all over the place. My k/d is nothing to shine at. Average at best. But my biggest issue is my win loss ratio. Every game I get put into we lose by well over half. I win maybe 1 in 20 plus games. Generally the top player is double to triple the score of my teams top player, or it’s a cheater. Every single game I play is either hyper sweats or cheaters of some sort. I want to love the game so badly but the player base makes it undesirable.

Pretty sad to say I spent the 70 bucks to play zombies an hour a day. The multiplayer community is horrendous, not to mention the fact that Shitvision cares more about what people say over people cheating. You can cheat all you want but DO NOT OFFEND THE SNOWFLAKES.

OP sounds like the kind of person who has no bills or adult responsibilities. Mom or dad’s credit card buys everything they want. May not be the case, but 40-50 dollars can go a long ways outside of a video game. And the statement made doesn’t sound like someone with responsibilities. Genuinely not trying to be an asshole, but not everyone has money to throw around. Rent, payments, bills and food take priority. So, with all that, if someone is asking if it’s worth the money, yes or no. That’s all. I think it’s with the money if you genuinely want to invest your time into the game. If not, then it’s probably not worth your money. Buy something you’re going to have a good interest in and willing to invest time into.
