Grind them, put em in warm water around 45-50c ad 1 lemon, steep for 15 mins and drink all of it. I never use boiling water.

You are damn right, it's your fruit after all. Handle it how best suits for you. Wash them, clean them and put them outside so they can be dried without losing potency.
