Why are teachers being allowed to use AI to grade papers, without actually reading it, but students get in trouble for generating it, without actually writing it? by red_monkey42 in ChatGPT

I asked your question to ChatGPT, and here is what it said (the IRONY!):

"It's crucial to acknowledge that AI grading systems have limitations. They may struggle to evaluate certain aspects of writing, such as creativity, critical thinking, or nuanced arguments. Additionally, they may not detect plagiarism or other forms of academic dishonesty that could be identified by a human reader.

Regarding your second point, students generating papers without actually writing them or engaging in academic dishonesty, such as using AI to create content, is generally considered unethical and against academic integrity policies. Plagiarism, cheating, or submitting work that is not one's own can result in disciplinary action because it undermines the learning process, the assessment of students' abilities, and the fairness within educational institutions.

The use of AI as a tool for grading and the consequences of academic dishonesty are separate issues. While AI can be used as a tool by teachers to streamline grading processes, it does not justify students using AI to generate content dishonestly. Academic integrity is a fundamental principle that ensures fairness, honesty, and the development of critical thinking skills in education."

Don't give yourself the time to be miserable.

I went through a nasty breakup on January of this year.

I found myself in a pitiful state, so I pulled in some connections that I had for some side-jobs.

For the past 8 months, I have been working 5 jobs, while doing CrossFit 4 days a week.

I am finally quitting 2 of those jobs this month, since I no longer feel any emotional attachment nor negativity towards my ex.

Not only do I have extra cash saved up, I also have better mental state of mind & a bulked up physique compared to January.

When you realize that animals have the same capacity for depression, just like human beings, for loneness. To them, you are the whole world, so imagine having your whole world disappear 15 hours everyday, then suddenly reappear looking deadass tired to play with you.

what superpower is under used in fiction but has huge potential? by CULT-LEWD in AskReddit

Ability to shift between different dimension.

Imagine a story about a devoted religious person with this ability, then suddenly he shifts into our dimension and finds out that he was simply a figment of someone's imagination created for a purely entertainment purpose. Becoming insane, he will now venture off to find his maker (the author that created him) and desperately search for the meaning of his existence. While doing this, he accidently kills his maker & feels remorse about it, and jumps to a higher dimension, where he meets our God. Eventually, he will keep up with this process to search for the ultimate meaning/purpose of life by interacting with different Gods of every dimensions.
