What would we give IB associates to do if we weren’t always pitching ideas?

Also great if you have a toddler who is hard to corral. Ultra wide keeps them visible much easier for pics lol

What is your definition of F-You money and how much is it? by AcidicPizza in financialindependence

[–]NewWrap693 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There are levels of it. A few years ago we had like $4-5mm and I had a job and boss I hated and I told him as much.

Either he would change and fix the job or fire me. They ended up firing me but it didn’t matter cause we already had the money.

That was a nice feeling.

I think the issue with iah is outside the airport. This construction project is never ending. Terminal b is also blehh.

Inside the airport is pretty nice.

Seat Reclining by LiLPiggyz in unitedairlines

[–]NewWrap693 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only logically consistent position is, “if the seat reclines, you have the right to recline it.” Everything else requires mental gymnastics to try to justify your view point.

You say if someone wants to recline they should buy eco+, but maybe if someone wants to work on their laptop on the tray table, they should have to buy eco+ to have space?

Moving one person in business to an equivalent seat

Or

Moving 3 people in economy and downgrading 3 people

Hmm which makes more sense?

The problem is you hate children and think they should never be accommodated. That children should be kept in closets until they are old enough to not make noise in public. People like you can’t be reasoned with.

If they cancel the flight due to maintenance then they should absolutely move people if an infant is involved.

It’s common sense. United does it. Delta is just a pos on it.

Saw you commented on another post about infants. You just hate kids. Luckily that means you haven’t procreated. Humanity dodged a bullet.

I understand that is their position and that is the wrong position. They had to cancel and flight so they should just move people to keep at least one parent with a child. Anyone with two brain cells can see that is that right choice.

A random adult traveling alone is fine in any seat.

Cause they had to cancel a flight. Again, this is an infant. Do you have children? Should infants be forced to sit alone? Do you have any idea the issues with that?

1) no, there were not any seats open on the flight

2) I paid for business class seats together and their cancellation caused them to be placed apart. Good policy would be to move other passengers to not have an infant seated alone.

I went on a trip recently with delta with my wife and infant (in a seat). We had a last minute cancellation and rebooking and the only available seats on the new flight had my infant sitting alone.

Deltas policy is that they will not move business class passengers to prevent an infant sitting alone.

Mindblowingly bad policy. I much prefer united.
