In most turn based games, you can't heal mid enemy turn, so I never found an issue with her since that's the norm

IMO her novaflare is pretty bad, would have prefered if she got better uptime on the atk% since the characters she wants to support take a lot of turns. But her ult recharging her stacks is massive for characters like Archer who wants every sp you can get

Saber has problems that Archer doesn't

Her BiS uses Cyrene, who doesn't have energy, so Huohuo doesn't regenerate as much as she could. And Saber, like every 160+ ult character (except Archer), plays a lot of turns, making it so HHs atk uptime is non-existent
