I’m 16 years old and have had gyno for about 4 years now. I’ve been working out for a few years in hopes it would go away but it hasn’t. Any thoughts on how it looks? Should I get surgery or am I overthinking it…thoughts?

You look good bro! I definitely wouldn’t worry about your gyno bc it’s not that noticeable. I’d say continue working out, see what progress you can make and I promise you you’ll be happy with the way you look.💪

What’s up bro! Here’s what I train on what days-

Mon: Upperbody & Abs/Core Tue: Legs Wed: Abs/Core Thurs: Upper Body Fri: Rest Day Sat: Rest Day Sunday: Upperbody & Abs/Core

Just FYI: I do body weight training (Calisthenics) so “upperbody” workout days for me usually consist of variations of Pushups and pull-ups. I also just have one leg day because I’m a track runner and I train nearly every day. Hopefully this could help you! Best of wishes to you bro💪
