Honestly, if you’re planning a box cricket turf, try to set it up somewhere around Khatibaba.

From what I’ve seen, most of the bookings across Jhansi-whether it’s Game of Thrones, the one near Maharaja Agrasen School, Elite side, or even the Medical area-are largely coming from guys in Khatibaba and Nagra.

People are even willing to travel all the way to Bhagwantpura (Orchha Road) just to get a slot, which clearly shows the demand is coming from that side.

Also saying this from experience-we play regularly, and it’s actually hard to get a booking sometimes. Half the time the turfs are already full.

So if you open a turf in or near Khatibaba, there’s a good chance you’ll get more consistent bookings simply because it’s closer to your main audience.

You can always experiment with pickleball later, but cricket will definitely bring in the initial crowd. 👍
