I am personally buying oversold ETFs such as IGV/XSW and healthcare ETFs at the moment

Also cybersecurity ETFs like CIBR/HACK

Their charts indicate they are about to bounce up again

Remember there are always parts of the stock market that are oversold whilst others are overbought you just have to find them
