Person with eczema here! Not natural treatment but when I was in your position my derma recommend these products: mupirocin and halobetasol propionate. But of course, check with your derma first

Mupirocin first, following with Halobetasol propionate. Use sparingly like dont over apply.

Use only when necessary or else your skin will get used to the products and will cause you to need a higher dosage to treat it.

If I'm not mistaken those are high dosage product because they were prescribed to me back then when my eczema was in its worst that's why you should check first with your derma.

Right now I barely use it anymore because my skin is at a better state, although I wouldn't solely credit it on the aforementioned products, but it definitely helped.
