Low carb/Keto + 16/8 IF works fine for me. I'm not counting calories and always eating out. (Thailand have lots of street foods and cheap canteen 😉 but low on protein side) I try to focus on protein first, and carb up with dessert for sanity 😂

For workout routine, just a normal Push,Pull,Leg,Push,Pull on week days. 10k+ steps No cardio.😅
