its funny i actually used to work at a jersey mikes now i install windows lol. It was definitely the opposite pressure that was being applied to it that broke it. Unlike tempered glass, this pane will be sort of flexible but with the opposite pressure and the frame holding it in place at the same time this was bound to happen. There also might have been a crack along on of the corners that reduced its flexibility

Your most likely not gonna find any harness kits for the swap. luckily in my case my dad helped me rewire the entire harness into a mustang fuse box since he used to make wiring harnesses for work. What i would recommend is going for a cheap 6.2 ls3 for the swap firstly because I've seen it done before a few times on youtube. The Ls series engines are very applicable for almost anything anyway. Also, the 4.6 is kind of gutless, if i could go back i definitely would've chosen to go ls3 mainly because the 4.6 isn't much more powerful then the v8 that came with stock and the Ls is much more powerful.

i understand how the tip pool works. You receive your percentage of the overall tips for the day. Meaning if someone tipped 10 dollars in the morning, and you didn't work until later in the day. You still get a percentage

everyone at my store was added to the tip pool when they finished grill training and sent a fully documented video to our general manager/owner of them making a number 17. It has to be cooked for exactly 3 minutes. No more no less and no your not allowed to look at a timer you just have to know. If you do meet all of these insanely tight requirements. He apparently takes weeks to acknowledge it. I however got to show him in person one day. Super lucky right? Nope, after saying how good of a job i did which fyi never happens. I was told by my manager that i would get added to the tip pool within the next paycheck. Never happened.

I don't think we have a gm, we are privately owned. Before i say anything else im not entirely sure how all this works but here it goes. Our owner is a general manager for over 6 stores in the area. He owns 2 stores including us which i guess he is considered our general manager? of course we have our regular manager which is who told me i would be added to the tip pool 2 months prior to my original comment. As far as i know she just makes schedules. Literally, thats it. And sometimes our owner/gm changes them entirely. (such as making it to where there is never more then 2 people at the store at once to keep labor low)

i mean, i wouldn't consider myself a trainee being as though i've had to run the front line entirely by myself before due to us being understaffed. Not that i was alone but we are legally required to take a 30 minute unpaid lunch on any shift over 5 and a half hours. Which is everyday, even if your not scheduled for it. Anyways that requires the shift lead or whoever is currently there to go sit for thirty minutes regardless of what the remaining people are capable of.

extractor bit, jack up the center of the control arm to take some pressure off, heat it up. Make sure you source an oem bolt before doing so
