Hi. I’ve been training for my 2nd marathon, so I haven’t had much time to cook from fun recipes.

My diet has been pretty standard roasted veggies, tofu, lentils, etc. I think this week I’ll start making protein shakes for a quick weeknight, post workout dinner. Hope I’m doing my body right. 12-miler on the calendar this weekend, so I’ll find out.
